PUBLISHING ACTIVITY

Founded in 2021, Brasa Editora won the 2024/2025 HQMIX TROPHY for Publisher of the Year. In just a few years, the publishing house has established itself as one of the leading Brazilian comic book publishers in the country. Damasco, by Lielson Zeni and Alexandre S. Lourenço, was the first comic to win the Adolfo Aizen Award from the National Library and was also a finalist for the Jabuti Prize. Four of the publisher's fifteen books have been semi-finalists and finalists for the Jabuti Prize.
