More than 800 brands are represented each year at this trade show, which also features a Licensing Retail Lounge,  a Fashion Product Showcase, and an exciting program of meetings and in-depth analyses by leading sector professionals. Operating in the licensing, audio-visual, and content development side of the business, Exhibitors at the Bologna Licensing Trade Fair / Kids include:

REGISTRATION FEE (mandatory): €515.00 (+VAT if due)
Participation in the BCBF Global Rights Exchange Licensing included

Guest firms registration fee (max. 2 in addition to the holder): €515.00 (+VAT if due) for each guest firm. Invoiced to the stand holder.

The registration fee includes the following services:

  • All Risks and Third-Party Liability insurance (compulsory);
  • Inclusion of the company in the official exhibition catalogue and guide map;
  • Registration of the company on the Global Rights Exchange platform;
  • Exhibitor passes;
  • One pass for the Exhibitors' car park.

Pre-Furnished Booths

  • TYPE A STAND (4X4m, furnished): € 4,960.00 (+VAT if due) 

Unfurnished Area

  • The unfurnished area is entirely without furnishing. 
  • No walls marking off the area are provided. Therefore, the furnishing must be totally independent and self-supporting.
  • Maximum height permitted: 3 mt. (Changes to stand heights of more than 3 m may only be made upon written request by the exhibitor and written approval by BolognaFiere)
Types of modules:
  • FACING-AISLE MODULE 4x4 m: € 3,810.00 (+VAT if due)

In order to make participation in the trade fair easier, the following services are also included in the booth prices:

  • Connection to the electricity grid, including verification of normal functioning. Maximum power supplied: 3 Kw;
  • Fire-extinguisher supply according to the law;
  • Daily booth cleaning;
  • Municipal charges for advertising on billboards and exhibiting company name;
  • Standard Wi-Fi connections 802.11 b/g 2GHz for up to 5 devices.

Early bird 

Applications received by 30 November 2026 will qualify for an "early bird" discount on stand fees.

BolognaBookPlus and Bologna Licensing Trade Fair Kids 

BCBF Exhibitors who take additional space in BBPlus will be entitled to a 50% discount on their BBPlus stand.

BCBF Exhibitors who take additional space in BLTF/Kids will be entitled to a 50% discount on their BLTF/Kids stand.

The Bologna Licensing Trade Fair (BLTF) is not just about the buzz of visiting exhibition booths. It also offers companies the opportunity to conduct licensing business in an exclusive, dedicated space at the heart of the BLTF/ Kids Hall.

Exhibitors registered with the Licensing Business Lounge are listed in the Exhibitors Catalogue and can take advantage of the following services: 

  • reception secretariat;
  • meeting schedule management;
  • a range of spatial options to choose from during the trade show
  • cloakroom and bar service 

We have added a new business-area option for companies registered with the Licensing Business Lounge: a table, four chairs and panel that can be customised and equipped with product-display shelves.

EXHIBITING OPTIONS:

  • Table - €985.00 (+VAT if due) - This fee is valid for one company. 
  • Personal Office - €1,320.00 (+VAT if due) - This fee is valid for one company.

The TV/Film Rights Centre at BCBF offers an exclusive space for networking and building bridges between publishing and audiovisual companies, set in the heart of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.

All BCBF publishers, including agents registered at the Rights Centre, companies registered at the Games Business Centre and Comics Corner, and all BLTF exhibitors, will be involved in this new project. They will receive an information sheet about each gaming company registered in this business area and be invited to participate in a dedicated matchmaking service.

2027 Exhibiting Options:

  • Personal table with branded graphic panel - €860.00 (+VAT if due)
  • Shared Table - €400.00 (+VAT if due)

Within the initiatives that the Bologna Children’s Book Fair has dedicated to the world of illustration for over 60 years, and as part of a comprehensive plan aimed at fostering encounters among professionals participating in various thematic areas of the event, we are pleased to confirm - for the second year - the initiative that combines the world of licensing with that of illustration: the ARTS LICENSING AREA at the Bologna Children's Book Fair.
 
This area is strategically located between the Licensing hall and the Publishing halls and is designed to offer professional illustrators and Arts Licensing agencies the opportunity to showcase their illustrations, designs, and styles not only to the publishing world but also to companies producing consumer goods and media content, which are increasingly present at the Fair.
 
FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF THE ARTS LICENSING AREA AT BCBF
 
Each company or professional will have an 8 square-meter stand -comprising a table, two chairs, three shelves, and a sign - to display their works.
 
The ARTS LICENSING space will provide its exhibitors additional facilities, such as:
  • A strategic location at BCBF, frequented by licensing, media, and publishing professionals
  • Exhibitor passes
  • Inclusion in the official event catalogue
  • Access to the matchmaking service provided to exhibitors
The cost of each stand is €1,575.00 plus VAT, including the registration fee.
