Based on the idea that politics is also a children’s matter, Boitatá was founded in 2015, committed to offering tools for thinking about the world we live in and all its diversity. With sensitivity and lots of fun, our books awaken children’s imaginations and curiosities, sow seeds of doubts, and help little readers to recognize themselves as citizens, political agents, and changemakers. We believe in the intellect and potential of young readers and seek to promote learning, critical thinking, and a sense of social justice through literature.
