Editorial Juventud is one of the oldest independent Spanish publishing houses, founded in 1923. Specialising in children's literature, it was among the first to translate great classics of world literature, including works by Andersen, the Grimm brothers, Astrid Lindgren, Enid Blyton and Lewis Carroll. We are also renowned for popular series such as The Adventures of Tintin by Hergé and The Famous Five by Enid Blyton or Gianni Rodari’s titles. We publish board books, illustrated albums, non-fiction picture books and comics for young children featuring renowned international authors. Additionally, we collaborate with Spanish and Latin American authors and illustrators, including Irene Vasco, Juan Palomino, Albert Asensio, Mariona Cabassa or Cristina Losantos, to create our own projects.
