Ivan Colecchia is SVP Global Development at Kidz Global, a quantitative market research and consulting firm specializing in children, teens and family-friendly consumer markets, covering 44 countries in all continents. Specializing in the broad child-orientated consumer market, the company’s focus includes, but is not limited to, licensing, toys & games, video-games, entertainment, digital devices, advertising, FMCG and education.


After 20 years’ experience in a broad range of market research - kids, FMCG, sports, beauty, and restaurants - Ivan joined Kidzglobal in 2011. A much-appreciated expert in the licensing and kids business worldwide, he is frequently asked to speak at kids content licensing conferences.

Lisa Hryniewicz

Lisa Hryniewicz is a UK-based Media Consultant with over 25 years of experience in strategic marketing and developing kids IP's across all platforms through various companies she has created and co-founded. At her PR company Koko Media, Lisa has managed publicity for high-end kids companies such as TeamTO, Cottonwood Media, Federation Kids & Family, Guru Studio and Rainbow. As MD of Koko Rose Media, she manages preschool brands Flora of the Forest and Deer Little Forest, created by company co-founder Jo Rose. And finally, as director and of Pantomimus Media she manages the multimedia rights of YA book series THE RED HARLEQUIN YA, with author and Pantomimus co-founder, Roberto Ricci.

Helena Mansell-Stopher

Helena Mansell-Stopher is CEO and founder of Products of Change, an online hub for sustainability.  During her 23-year career in the licensing industry across media and lifestyle brands, she has worked with companies such as HIT Entertainment, Mattel, Marvel and more recently, driving sustainable change within the consumer products division at National Geographic.


Helena founded Products of Change as a safe place for industry to learn, connect and lead the conversation together to transition the industry to a more sustainable future. The platform provides a networking zone enabling its members to connect and drive peer-to-peer learning, but also delivering educational materials, research documentation, videos, podcasts, webinars and a weekly newsletter.   Helena is also curator of the Sustainability in Licensing Conference (SILC), the first of its kind in the brand and licensing industry.

Cecilia Padula

Cecilia Padula has a long experience in the television, media and entertainment business having worked for several important media companies, where she took care of the content area following productions, acquisitions and programming. Her career in the media industry began in Multitematique (Canal +) to continue in Jetix, Turner (Warner Media Group) and Boing Spa. During her course, Cecilia followed important startups such as the launch of the Kids Channel Cartoonito (in Italy a joint venture between Tuner and Mediaset), which has become shortly the reference point for preschool audience on FTA channels in Italy, and that of GXT (Jetix srl) for the young adults audience.

She joined Viacom Italia on 2016. Since then, Cecilia has dealt with all the editorial activities of the Kids Channels (Nickelodeon, Nick Jr and Teen Nick) and Mtv brands until she has become responsible for the development and coordination of programming strategy of all the ViacomCBS Italia channels’ brands, including Super!, the FTA children’s channel for children 4-14, the latest group’s acquisition.

Starting from January 2022 Cecilia is VP Kids & Family Brand South Europe, Middle East and Africa for Paramout Global.
