Life Tree Culture Promotion Center, a private non-enterprise organization, was established in 2021 by Zhang Mingzhou, the former president of the International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY). Its aim is to promote high-quality reading, serve young people and children's education, encourage children's all-round development.
