PUBLISHING ACTIVITY

Pagony Kiadó publishes around 100 children's books per year. 60-70% of our titles are contemporary Hungarian ones by established and emerging Hungarian writers and illustrators. But we always keep an eye on the catalogues of international publishers, and keep up with the most recent European trends. We translate from English, German, Dutch, French, Ukrainian and Polish, and are open to cooperate. We value humor, a good story, and a wise, non-didactic approach.
