Scheduled for the entire day of Thursday 4 April (9:00 am- 4:30 pm, Sala Concerto), the second congress of IBBY European sections is dedicated to the topic of multilingualism. Lots of key news and updates on a very topical subject, analysed from various points of view thanks to the participation of international guests: from the importance of reading in different languages and its relationship with cognitive development, to the good practices put in place by publishers, associations and libraries from all over the world.
