Welcome to the newly updated Bologna Global Rights Exchange (GRE).

Powered by the international rights platform PubMatch, the GRE is the virtual market place dedicated exclusively to the international rights, distribution and licensing of content.
 
The GRE is open only to Publishers, Agents, Literary Agencies, Scouts, Licensees, Licensors, Developers, Licensing Agencies, Audiovisual Producers, Promotion and Services.

The two years of holding the event online have allowed BCBF to reorganize and hone its skills, to the benefit of the entire international professional community.

Bologna Global Rights Exchange, created in in the framework of Aldus Up - European bookfairs network, has been enhanced with numerous functions and the addition of two new areas: BBPlus to offer rights trading opportunities across general trade publishers and agents and BLTF/ Kids to learn what is new in licensing brands and properties. The Comics Corner section will feature the comics and graphic novels companies attending the BCBF brand-new area dedicated to this exciting medium. 

Working as an all year round rights marketplace, the GRE offers exhibitors the opportunity to present their titles and brands, create their own showcases, schedule and hold meetings directly on the platform.

Previously Registered Exhibitors and Visitors 

If you were registered in 2021 you can continue to use User and Password from 2021 and if have forgotten your password, please click the “Forgot Password” button to retrieve it.If you were registered in 2020 and you have not updated your profile for 2021 you will initially login with the email address used in 2020 and your password. It will automatically bring you to your “Edit Profile” tab in your profile where you will update your login information. Please note that it is no longer allow email addresses to be used as login credentials. Once saved you can begin using the GRE. If you have forgotten your password, please click the “Forgot Password” button to retrieve it. 

New Registrations for 2022 

All new Bologna GRE exhibitors or visitors will need to register by clicking on Register Now. Once registered, the Bologna team will review your registration to approve your entry in the GRE. Once approved you will receive an email with the link to login to your dashboard and begin using the GRE.If you are registering as an exhibitor, you will be able to upload titles and catalogs to your exhibitor profile. If you are registering as a visitor you will not be able to upload contents to your visitor listing but will be able to use the new chat and video features, search for exhibitors and send messages to others on the platform.Please note that if you are a BCBF, BLTF/Kids, BBPlus in person fair exhibitor you can register as an Exhibitor at no charge. However if you are not a physical exhibitor of Bologna, you can easily purchase your access to the GRE directly on the platform and join one or more of these virtual market places.
