REGISTRATION FEE (mandatory): €499.00 (+VAT if due)
Participation in the BCBF Global Rights Exchange Licensing included

Guest firms registration fee (max. 2 in addition to the holder): €499.00 (+VAT if due) for each guest firm. Invoiced to the stand holder.

The registration fee includes the following services:

• All Risks and Third-Party Liability insurance (compulsory);
• Inclusion of the company in the official exhibition catalogue and guide map;
• Registration of the company on the Global Rights Exchange platform;
• Exhibitor passes;
• One pass for the Exhibitors' car park.

Pre-Furnished Booths

• TYPE A STAND (4X4m, furnished): € 4,723.00 (+VAT if due) 

Unfurnished Area

• The unfurnished area is entirely without furnishing. 
• No walls marking off the area are provided. Therefore, the furnishing must be totally independent and self-supporting.
• Maximum height permitted: 3 mt. (Changes to stand heights of more than 3 m may only be made upon written request by the exhibitor and written approval by BolognaFiere)

• FACING-AISLE MODULE 4x4 m: € 3,630.00 (+VAT if due)

In order to make participation in the trade fair easier, the following services are also included in the booth prices:

• Connection to the electricity grid, including verification of normal functioning. Maximum power supplied: 3 Kw;
• Fire-extinguisher supply according to the law;
• Daily booth cleaning;
• Municipal charges for advertising on billboards and exhibiting company name;
• Standard Wi-Fi connections 802.11 b/g 2GHz for up to 5 devices.

EXHIBITORS AREA

Early bird 

Applications received by 30 November 2025 will qualify for an "early bird" discount on stand fees.

BCBF Exhibitors who take additional space in BBPlus will be entitled to a 50% discount on their BBPlus stand.

BCBF Exhibitors who take additional space in BLTF/Kids will be entitled to a 50% discount on their BLTF/Kids stand.

We have added a new business-area option for companies registered with the Licensing Business Lounge: a table, four chairs and panel that can be customised and equipped with product-display shelves.

EXHIBITING OPTIONS:

The TV/Film Rights Centre at BCBF offers an exclusive space for networking and building bridges between publishing and audiovisual companies, set in the heart of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.

In 2024, the TV/Film Rights Centre facilitated over 350 matchmaking meetings, linking producers with top players in the publishing industry. Additionally, the International Kids Licensing Days conference at BCBF shined a spotlight on book-to-screen trends, offering registered producers some valuable opportunities to enhance their visibility. For the next edition, we plan to do even more than this and further enhance the perfect liaison between publishing and audiovisual companies.

All BCBF publishers, including agents registered at the Rights Centre, companies registered at the Games Business Centre and Comics Corner, and all BLTF exhibitors, will be involved in this new project. They will receive an information sheet about each gaming company registered in this business area and be invited to participate in a dedicated matchmaking service.

Bologna Children’s Book Fair and the Frankfurter Buchmesse, in their role of world’s leading book fairs, have decided to work together in order to address this novelty by creating a brand-new, joint Games Business Centre. A new area that will integrate the BCBF and FBM copyright business, completing their book-to-screen offerings.

The business area will welcome games professionals at both book fairs, providing a great opportunity for the publishing industry to network with the games’ world.
