ACCESS INSIDE THE EXHIBITION CENTER DURING THE EXHIBITION

Access to the exhibition center takes place with entry, transit, exit procedures, predefined and differentiated methods, routes and timing, in order to reduce the opportunities for gathering. Inside the exhibition center, images containing all the information to prevent contagion from Covid-19 are posted.

Access to exhibitions, conferences and congresses, during the periods of opening to the public, is allowed only to subjects with one of the COVID-19 green certifications, referred to the decree-law of 23 July 2021,n. 105.

In particular, starting from 10 January 2022 and up to the end of the emergency period, in order to allow the events to be carried out safely, anyone intending to access the areas affected by the event must present their "reinforced" Green Pass or Super Green Pass (certification of proof of vaccine status or certification of having recovered form Covid-19 infection) daily at the entrances .

For foreign operators and visitors only, in the event of an expired Green Pass (from vaccination or recovery) or vaccination with unrecognized EMA vaccines, it is possible to access with an antigenic (valid for 48 hours) or molecular (valid for 72 hours) negative swab.

It is forbidden to enter or remain in BolognaFiere S.p.A. to all those who have symptoms of Covid-19 including body temperature above 37.5 ° C.

When accessing the BolognaFiere S.p.A. premises, it is compulsory to comply with all the regulations established by the relevant authorities and the Company.

When accessing the BolognaFiere S.p.A. premises, it is compulsory, even when completing work tasks, to maintain a safe distance from others of at least 1 metre (social distancing), wearing a surgical or ffp2 maskis obligatory, and hands and tools must be disinfected more frequently.

To ensure compliance with the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter, assistance from the control staff of BolognaFiere is provided in the access areas and in all areas of higher pedestrian traffic. Inside the stands, this control must be realized by the exhibitor's staff.

When accessing the BolognaFiere S.p.A. it is mandatory to comply with the hygiene rules issued by the competent Authorities with regard in particular to hand washing and what to do if you have to sneeze or cough (wash your hands often and always after blowing your nose and before and after eating/drinking, using the WC, and having touched your mask or face; Then wash your hands with soap and water or using an alcohol-based solution).

Suppliers and their personnel must abide by the health and safety regulations issued by the relevant authorities.

BolognaFiere S.p.A guarantees the cleaning and sanitation of common areas and toilets according to the indications of the Ministry of Health.

BolognaFiere S.p.A guarantees adequate ventilation with continuous air exchange without recirculation.

It is mandatory to report any flu symptoms immediately to BolognaFiere while staying inside the exhibition center.

Adequate premises are guaranteed for the medical center present in the exhibition center, during all phases of the event, with the presence of a doctor and nurses equipped with the appropriate “Covid-19” PPE and the necessary equipment and spaces. Furthermore, at least 1 ambulance is guaranteed.

All bars and restaurants respect the distancing rules and provide digital payments.

The purchase of tickets online is encouraged to avoid gatherings at the ticket offices and to monitor access flows.

Exhibitors will ensure, within their stand, the correct application of the measures described above.

By entering the exhibition centre premises, you certify, by tacit consent, that you have read and understood the contents of this document, that you accept the regulations therein contained and that you agree to comply with said regulations.
